Refund & Return Policy

At Crystal Pure Filtration, we sell food-grade certified products that must be unopened and unused to be eligible for return.

You may receive a refund or merchandise credit of equal value, less any applicable restocking fees or other deductions.

Items purchased in error (e.g., wrong size or wrong system) may be returned for a merchandise credit.
Returns will not be accepted without prior approval or after 30 days from the invoice date.
All returns will incur a 17.5% restocking fee or the cost to send the item to you, whichever is greater. Crystal Pure Filtration may use discretion to determine the restocking fee.
Any minor damage that can be repaired will incur a fee equal to the cost of replacement parts (List Price) and labor, which will be deducted from the total refund. This fee is separate from the restocking fee.
Items with major damage that are not feasible to repair may be refused, and the return request will be void. The customer will be responsible for return freight or disposal of the damaged unit.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. It is recommended that transit insurance is applied to protect against damage during return shipping.
Any damages not reported to Crystal Pure Filtration within 48 business hours of receipted delivery are not covered under our transit warranty.
If an item appears faulty or does not work as described, it must be returned for testing (return postage paid by the buyer). If deemed faulty, postage cost will be reimbursed with proof of cost. If the item is found to be in working order, the buyer is responsible for return postage.
